Information & Rule Sheet

1. There is a maximum Handicap Index (HI) limit of 27.9. Players with a HI higher than this are still welcome to participate, however, they will then compete off of a HI of 27.9.
2. Players may select the course they prefer to play off before the start of the match. ie. Yellow, White or Red. Partners or Opponents can select to play off different tees, therefore a match can be played off different courses.
3. Handicap Allowances in effect as per Appendix C in the WHS Handicapping manual.
   • Chammy Cup: 90% Allowance
   • Individual Knockout: 100% Allowance
4. All games must be completed no later than the due date allocated for each round. Should a game not be played on time there will be a “coin toss” to decide on a winner.
5. There will be preferential bookings offered on Wednesday PM and Saturday All Day Competition fields. Please contact the bookings office to book your games well in advance.
6. Entries are closing at 12:00 on Sunday 15 March 2026 and no late entries will be accepted after the draw has been done.
7. The Chammy Cup and Individual Knockout draw will be published on Monday 16 March 2026.

The due dates for rounds in both Tournaments are as follows:

• Round 1 completed by Monday 11 May 2026.
• Round 2 completed by Monday 29 June 2026.
• Round 3 completed by Monday 27 July 2026.
• Round 4 completed by Monday 24 August 2026.
• Round 5 completed by Monday 28 September 2026.
• Round 6 completed by Monday 26 October 2026.

Competition Details:

• Format and Tees
  • A Division (up to HI 8.8) – 72 holes Strokeplay off Yellow tees
  • B Division (HI 8.9 – 15.4) – 72 holes Strokeplay off Yellow tees
  • C Division (HI 15.5+) – 72 holes Stableford off White tees
• Draws
  • The 1^st & 2^nd round draws will be done randomly within divisions, and sent out on Monday, 11^th November 2024.
  • The 3^rd & 4^th round draws will be seeded. Players will be sent an SMS reminder, and the timesheet will be emailed to all players, and displayed on Clubmaster.
  • It is the player’s responsibility to know their allocated tee time.
• Cancellations
  • Refunds will only be processed for cancellations made before the draw is finalised.
• Entering Scores
  • It is the player’s own responsibility to ensure that the correct Adjusted Gross Score is captured on the HNA system after each round.
• Club Champs Matchplay
  • The top 8 players of each division will be eligible to participate in this knockout competition.
  • Format: A & B division – Matchplay off scratch, Yellow Tees; C division – Matchplay off handicap, White Tees
  • The 1^st, 2^nd & Final Round must be played between the 1st Dec 2024 – 28^th Feb 2025

  • B Division – 36 holes Strokeplay off Red tees (HI 16.3 – 24.3; CH 19 – 27)
  • C Division – 36 holes Stableford off Red tees (HI 24.4 -36; CH 28 – 41)
• Draws
  • The 1^st round draws will be done randomly within divisions, and sent out on Tuesday, 5^th November 2024.
  • The 2^nd round draw will be seeded. Players will be sent an SMS reminder, and the timesheet will be emailed to all players, as well as displayed on Clubmaster.
